A refund or return will only be considered if the outfit is received in a damaged condition or is not as per the product image and description shown on our website. In such cases, you must contact us at shashankaryaofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, along with your order details and clear images of the issue. We also offer alterations or rectifications if the garment requires adjustments, provided you inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture, as these are inherent to handcrafted and custom pieces. Sale and discounted items are strictly non-refundable. If a return is approved, the garment must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable courier service. Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval, and if accepted, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
