Return and Exchange Policy

SHIPPING The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry. RETURNS Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. NOTE: Sale pieces are not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances. TAXES & DUTIES The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Refund policy 

At Shashank Arya, all our garments are custom-made with utmost attention to detail, and therefore we do not offer refunds or returns under normal circumstances. A refund or return will only be considered if the outfit is received in a damaged condition or is not as per the product image and description shown on our website. In such cases, you must contact us at shashankaryaofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, along with your order details and clear images of the issue. We also offer alterations or rectifications if the garment requires adjustments, provided you inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture, as these are inherent to handcrafted and custom pieces. Sale and discounted items are strictly non-refundable. If a return is approved, the garment must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable courier service. Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval, and if accepted, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
