Shipping and Delivery Information

We understand the importance of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you safe and on time. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email notification/call from our Customer Service Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly make and dispatch your order.

All orders are shipped through the leading and reliable courier services (e.g FEDEX, DHL, INDIA POST, DTDC, PROFESSIONAL COURIERS etc ) and delivered at your doorstep approximately within 3-7 working days (in Ready to Ship Stock Situation only). For Pre-Orders or Custom Stitching Orders, this may vary upto 2-3 weeks or earlier as the Stock is expected to reach us soon. Our Shipping Rates are subsidized and are much lower than what the shipping companies usually charge for international shipments as we have tie ups with most of them.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is available only in India as of now.

For international shipping, charges are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on “the final review of your order” page, you will be informed of the final delivery charges.

Customes/Duties/Taxes:

When ordering goods from shashankarya.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from shshankarya.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
